Hello! I am a freelance sound editor for narrative and factual film. Working remotely from my home professional edit suite I offer dialogue clean up, Foley, sound design and mixing up to 5.1.

My Journey in the field of sound began in 2004. Needing a fresh start I became interested in music recording whilst playing in bands. I read every book and article that passed through my hands and set up a small project studio. These early years as a student sound engineer forged my understanding of theoretical and practical sound recording and mixing. Despite my interest in music my first love has always been film. From seeing Star Wars and the Indiana Jones movies as a child I became obssessed with all things films, as a young teenager I wanted to be a special effects artist! But life happens and things change, right?

 In 2007 whilst undertaking my Bachelors degree I was introduced to Audio Post Production. Seeing the opportunity to put two passions together and return to my first love I committed to becoming a sound editor for picture. Today I have worked on multi award winning productions that have screened and contnue to screen at some of the most prestigious film festivals. I also freelance for Post facilities. I also offer Location sound work where my schedule allows, it’s great to get outdoors on occasion and get out of a stuffy studio 😉
